Our role may combine engineering, construction, technical personnel, procurement, equipment support and site coordination depending on the client's scope and the requirements of the engagement.

Midstream
Project support may include onshore pipeline and utility works, associated civil infrastructure, electrical systems, procurement, manpower and other requirements within JustGlad's established capabilities.
Downstream
JustGlad's engineering, construction, electrical, structural, procurement and workforce capabilities can support defined requirements within refinery, processing and associated downstream environments.
Upstream Opportunities
Upstream opportunities are not excluded. Where a requirement involves capabilities JustGlad can credibly provide—such as civil, electrical, pipeline, structural, manpower, procurement or facility support—it can be assessed on a project-specific basis.
Project Environments
JustGlad's current project experience and direct execution activities are predominantly onshore, including refinery and industrial facilities, construction sites, pipeline and utility corridors, energy infrastructure and associated project environments.
Swamp and other specialised environments are considered on a project-specific basis, taking account of access, equipment, personnel, logistics, HSE requirements and the resources required for safe and effective execution.
Partner-Enabled Capability
Where a project requires specialised marine, offshore or other capabilities beyond JustGlad's present direct operating resources, participation may be structured with appropriately qualified technical and project partners, subject to the requirements, approvals and execution model of the specific engagement.
Such specialised capability is therefore assessed and mobilised on a project-specific basis rather than represented as an existing independent JustGlad offshore or marine operating capability.
Service Delivery
Each engagement is structured around the actual project scope, required resources, applicable technical standards, site conditions, interfaces and client expectations.
STEP 01
We review the client's technical requirement, available drawings, specifications, site conditions, interfaces and expected deliverables.
STEP 02
The requirement is translated into an execution approach covering scope, resources, materials, personnel, schedule and project controls.
STEP 03
Required personnel, equipment, materials, procurement activities and specialist resources are coordinated around the approved scope.
STEP 04
Approved resources are mobilised and site activities are executed in line with project requirements, applicable procedures and agreed interfaces.
STEP 05
Execution is monitored against applicable specifications, quality requirements, HSE expectations and client-defined controls.
STEP 06
Completed activities progress through applicable inspection, testing, documentation, close-out and handover requirements.
Integrated Capability
A project may require engineering, construction, materials, specialist equipment and skilled personnel to move together. JustGlad's wider operating platform allows these requirements to be coordinated around the engagement.
Civil, electrical, pipeline, utility and structural capabilities can be integrated into oil & gas and energy-infrastructure requirements.
Technical, skilled, HSE, quality and project-support personnel can be coordinated around defined workforce requirements.
Project requirements can be supported through technical sourcing, OEM engagement, equipment and spare-parts procurement.
