From Advice to Implementation
A recommendation is most useful when the implementation requirements have also been considered. JustGlad's consultancy approach is informed by practical experience across engineering, project execution, procurement and workforce management.
Where appropriate, and only where separately agreed and contracted, an advisory engagement may progress into engineering, procurement, manpower or other implementation support through the relevant JustGlad division.
Important Distinction
Consultancy services do not automatically constitute an engineering, construction, procurement or manpower appointment. Any implementation responsibility is subject to a separately defined scope, commercial agreement and applicable client approvals.

The outputs of each consultancy engagement depend on the agreed scope. Depending on the requirement, support may include technical review, scope development, implementation planning, documentation or coordination activities.

Consultancy Process
The exact methodology is tailored to the engagement, but our approach is built around understanding the requirement, reviewing the available information and developing practical next steps.

We begin by understanding the client's objective, technical requirement, existing information, constraints, stakeholders and expected outcome.
STEP 02
Available specifications, drawings, schedules, procurement information, workforce requirements or other relevant project inputs are reviewed to identify the key issues requiring attention.
STEP 03
The consultancy requirement is structured around clearly defined objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, interfaces and the information required to support the engagement.
STEP 04
Practical options, recommendations, implementation considerations and project-development pathways are developed around the specific requirement.
STEP 05
Where required by the engagement, JustGlad supports stakeholder, supplier, workforce, documentation and project-interface coordination as recommendations progress toward implementation.
STEP 06
The engagement concludes with the applicable advisory outputs, recommendations, documentation and an agreed understanding of implementation or follow-on requirements.

Consultancy engagements can benefit from the practical knowledge developed across JustGlad's operating divisions. Where implementation services are subsequently required, they are separately evaluated and contracted through the appropriate division.
